Overview
This website, https://carvynx.com, is operated by Aetheric Blue Inc under the Aetheri brand. These terms govern use of the website and purchases from our store, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting provision.

Using Our Store
You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or act with appropriate parental or guardian authorization. Provide accurate, current order and contact details. Do not use the site unlawfully, infringe others' rights, submit malicious code, misuse payment methods or interfere with store security.

Products & Beauty Information
Product availability, options and prices are displayed on the relevant product page. We try to show images, colors, sizes and descriptions accurately, but screen settings can affect appearance. Read ingredient lists, directions and warnings on the product packaging before use. Product results vary. Website descriptions are not individualized medical advice. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and seek appropriate professional advice. Contact us before ordering if you have an ingredient or suitability question.

Orders & Payment
Review the product, quantity, shipping address and final total before submitting an order. Available payment methods, currency and applicable taxes or charges are shown at checkout. Payment is handled through the payment providers offered at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; we may contact you if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an address cannot be served or an obvious pricing error is identified. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the cancelled items. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Prices & Promotions
Prices and promotions may change for future orders. The price confirmed for an accepted order is not changed retroactively. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout, satisfy the stated conditions and be valid when used. BEAUTY5 gives 5% off an order of at least 2 items; BEAUTY10 gives 10% off at least 3 items; BEAUTY15 gives 15% off at least 4 items; BEAUTY20 gives 20% off at least 5 items. Only one of these codes may be used per order and they do not combine with other discount codes. Shipping charges, taxes and any excluded amounts are not discounted unless expressly stated. The final discount is shown before payment.

Contact us promptly for an address correction, cancellation or delivery issue. Do not send returns without authorization and an address supplied by customer service.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Reviews & Submitted Content
Submit only content you are entitled to share. Reviews should reflect your actual experience and must not include unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material, or another person's private information. By submitting a review for publication, you allow us to display and format it for store-related purposes. We may moderate content that violates these rules; honest negative feedback is not removed merely because it is negative.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Services
Store-owned text, branding and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. Do not copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Shopify provides the commerce platform; Aetheric Blue Inc is the merchant responsible for products, orders and customer service.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Colorado and the United States, without removing mandatory protections or local remedies available to consumers in their place of residence. No mandatory arbitration requirement is imposed by these terms.

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The version applicable when you place an order governs that order, subject to mandatory law. Material changes will be communicated where required.
